Georgia will be joining us for June, July and August 2020 to provide you with Pilates classes every morning and personal training in your own villa.

She has a passion for helping others build strong, functional, healthy bodies.
Her priorities are to help her clients get moving and moving well through strength training, mobility and functional movements.
Georgia is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, STOTT Pilates Instructor and Assistant Parkour Coach.
She is a member of REPS (the Register of Exercise Professionals).
Georgia is also qualified in Pre and Post Natal Exercise.
She is aware of how to train a client from the earliest days of pregnancy through to returning to exercise postpartum.
